FLYPORT EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT ZONE REGULATIONS

The Flyport Educational and Entertainment Zone ("Flyport") is an innovative multimedia space for both children and adults, focusing on human efforts to take flight, the development of aviation, and space exploration. Compliance with these regulations ("Regulations") is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Therefore, it is important to read and adhere to these rules.
§1 General Information
1) Flyport is located within the departure terminal of Warsaw-Radom Airport, at: ul. Lubelska 158, 26-603 Radom.
2) The entity responsible for operating Flyport is Przedsiębiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego "BALTONA" S.A., based in Warsaw (02-146) at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 49, registered with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000051757, NIP: 586-010-22-92, REGON: 000144035 ("Baltona" or "Organizer").
3) These Regulations apply to all individuals present within Flyport ("Clients") regardless of the purpose of their visit.
4) The Organizer provides services limited to making Flyport available for its intended use.
5) These Regulations may be supplemented by specific regulations related to individual services or attractions.
6) In the event of additional specific regulations, the provisions of these Regulations remain valid unless otherwise stated.
7) Each Client is required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations, specific rules, and instructions regarding the use of various attractions or zones within Flyport and must comply with them.
8) Entering Flyport signifies that the Client has read and fully accepted the Regulations, specific rules, and the Price List.
9) Due to Flyport's location, each Client must also review and comply with the Warsaw-Radom Airport regulations, available on the airport’s website: https://www.lotniskowarszawa-radom.pl/. These regulations complement the Flyport Regulations.
10) All Clients must strictly follow the instructions of Flyport staff ("Staff"), particularly regarding safety matters.
11) Flyport is open to Clients from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, except on holidays or other dates specified on www.flyport.pl. Ticket sales end at 7:00 PM.
12) Tickets grant access to Flyport for 180 minutes.
13) The duration of the visit is calculated from the moment the Client enters through the gate until they exit Flyport. If a Client leaves Flyport temporarily, the clock continues to run. After 180 minutes, the Client must leave.
14) The Regulations and specific rules are available at Flyport ticket offices and on the Flyport website www.flyport.pl.
§2 Ticket Purchase
1) Access to Flyport is paid. Ticket prices are listed in the Price List available at Flyport ticket offices and on the website www.flyport.pl ("Price List").
2) Tickets can be purchased:
a) On-site at Flyport ticket offices;
b) On-site at Flyport ticket machines;
c) Online at www.flyport.pl; d) Via the call center at +48 532300687.
3) Individual tickets are available online and at ticket offices. Group tickets can only be purchased via the call center.
4) A maximum of 10 individual tickets can be purchased in one transaction.
5) Payments are accepted in Polish zloty (PLN) and via credit cards. The ticket machine only accepts card payments.
6) Discounted ticket holders must present valid identification to Staff to confirm their eligibility.
7) Tickets are valid for entry at a specific time, but no later than 60 minutes after the scheduled time. Unused tickets after this period expire without a refund.
8) Tickets contain a QR code or barcode that grants access to the entry and exit gates within Flyport.
9) Ticket validation is done by scanning the code at the entry gate or by Staff assistance.
10) Tickets must be retained until the Client exits Flyport.
11) Tickets allow a single entry. Exiting Flyport ends the visit.
12) Purchased tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
13) The purchaser is responsible for keeping the ticket (or its code) secure. Only the person who uses the ticket first will be granted access.
§3 Types of Tickets
1) Flyport offers the following types of tickets:
a) Regular ticket – for adults (18+);
b) Discounted ticket – for: - Children and students up to 17 years old (with a student ID); - Minors with a Polish Card (upon presentation of the card); - Minors with disabilities (with valid documentation). Those with severe disabilities are allowed one assistant.
c) Adult discounted ticket – for: - Students aged 18-19 (with student ID); - University students up to 26 years old (with student or doctoral ID); - Polish Card holders (upon presentation of the card); - Pensioners and retirees (with valid ID); - Seniors aged 65+ (with ID); - Adults with disabilities (with valid documentation). Those with severe disabilities can enter with an assistant, but a free ticket must be obtained for the assistant.
d) Group ticket – for groups of at least 11 people, including one supervisor. One supervisor per group is admitted free of charge.
2) Entry for children under 3 years old is free, but a free ticket must be obtained from the Flyport ticket office.
§4 Flyport Usage Rules
1) For safety and service quality reasons, the number of people in Flyport is limited. Once the limit is reached, ticket sales are paused until space becomes available.
2) Clients must leave their outerwear in the provided cloakroom before entering Flyport. Flyport offers a free cloakroom during operating hours but is not liable for items left there.
3) The cloakroom does not accept large bags or backpacks. Valuables (money, credit cards, jewelry, keys, phones) should not be left in the cloakroom, nor should prohibited items or animals.
4) The Organizer is not responsible for items left unattended within Flyport. Left items may trigger security procedures, which may result in costs for the Client.
5) The following are strictly prohibited within Flyport:
- Weapons, dangerous items, drugs, or other substances that pose a risk to life or health;
- Hazardous, harmful, odorous, flammable, or explosive materials;
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Outside food and drinks (exceptions: food for children under 5 or for medical reasons);
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes;
- Disruptive behavior or offensive language;
- Animals, except for guide animals (note: the space may be challenging for such animals to navigate);
- Commercial activities, political advocacy, or unauthorized advertisements or stickers.
6) Eating and drinking are permitted only in designated areas.
7) The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to Flyport if safety concerns or violations of the Regulations are anticipated, without compensation.
8) The Organizer may limit access if the venue reaches capacity, without affecting the ticket price.
9) Certain attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to malfunctions or safety concerns without affecting the ticket price.
10) The Organizer may reserve Flyport or its parts for special events.
11) Clients must enter and exit designated zones only at specified points.
12) Clients must follow all Staff instructions. Those who do not comply may be asked to leave without a ticket refund.
13) Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The guardian is responsible for ensuring the child understands the rules.
14) Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave, and their tickets will be voided without compensation.
15) Clients must report any dangerous behavior or equipment malfunctions to Staff.
16) In case of an accident, Clients should report it to any Flyport employee for immediate assistance.
17) Clients who violate the Regulations will be asked to leave, and their tickets will be voided without compensation.
18) The Organizer is not liable for incidents caused by non-compliance with the Regulations.
§5 Monitoring and Data Protection
1) Flyport is equipped with audiovisual monitoring and physical security.
2) The Organizer may record images and sounds for safety and legal purposes.
3) Entry to Flyport constitutes consent to image recording and photo publication.
4) Images will not be processed automatically or profiled.
5) Clients may be exposed to bright lights or loud sounds within legal limits. Those with conditions affected by such stimuli participate at their own risk.
6) In case of an evacuation, Clients must exit the building promptly via the nearest emergency exit and follow Staff instructions.
§ 6 Parking
1) Customers have the option to use the airport parking at a preferential price of 10 PLN per day, which is understood as the opening hours of Flyport as specified in § 1(11) of the Regulations.
2) To use the airport parking, the Customer must collect a parking ticket at the entrance gate and present it to the Flyport reception staff. After verifying the validity of the parking ticket, the receptionist will stamp it, entitling the Customer to pay the preferential price mentioned in section 1 above.
3) To make the parking payment, the Customer should first go to the parking point located in the general area of the airport, where a staff member will encode the preferential rate on the ticket. The Customer then pays the fee at one of the payment points located at the airport parking, following the instructions provided.
§ 7 Complaints
1) All complaints must be submitted within 7 days from the date of using the service – the visit to Flyport. Complaints can be submitted in writing at the Flyport reception, via email to reklamacje@flyport.pl, or by mail to the Organizer's registered office. Claims and complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
2) The basis for submitting a complaint is proof of payment for entry to the Flyport premises.
3) Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of submission.
4) Claims for damages must be submitted immediately after they are discovered or no later than 3 days from the date of using the service – the visit to Flyport. Claims must be submitted in writing at the Flyport reception, via email to reklamacje@flyport.pl, or by mail to the Organizer's registered office, while allowing an inspection of the damaged item.
5) Claims for damages submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
§ 8 Final Provisions
1) In all matters not regulated by these Regulations or specific regulations, inquiries should be directed to the Flyport staff.
2) The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time. In case of any changes, information will be posted at Flyport's cash desks and on the website www.flyport.pl. For registered users who make reservations online, information about changes will also be sent by email.
3) In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
4) The court competent to resolve any disputes arising from the agreement between the Organizer and the Customer is the court with jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
5) All additional information regarding the use of Flyport is regularly posted on the website www.flyport.pl.
